I was the first person in my family to take this direction in learning and we were all anxious about the change, even about what to study.

There was no need to worry. All the staff I have come into contact with is so reassuring. Communication is always honest, friendly and helpful. There is so much support.

Most people I know think distance learning is for older people who already have a career and want to further it or change direction. But this is so different to the pressured atmosphere of university. I go at my own pace. Email my assessments and get them back with constructive suggestions along with my next module. The feedback is excellent and the material up to date and relevant to the subject I am studying. Not only that the level 3 award I will receive upon completion will be recognised by those to whom I will apply to for a post.

I rate the course at 5 out of 5 and can't wait to finish and be a proud graduate of distance learning.
